i was walking around south philly i passed a house that was on fire. the fire dept was there. there was a woman out front who i guessed was the owner of the house. she had really really long hair. and she had this really big hair brush and she was just brushing and brushing and brushing the same lock of hair over and over again. the image stuck with me and became this song.
